The Skin Chat is the right first step for most people — 30 minutes, full Observ imaging, and a clear plan. Skin-to-Bone is the deep diagnostic with Dr Nicky: five layers, 45 minutes, a phased plan and a written summary. Think of it as the difference between a proper look and a full map.
Yes — both fees come off your first session or treatment plan in full. If you go ahead with anything, the consultation effectively cost you nothing. If you don't, you've still walked away knowing your skin properly.
Skin treatments with our therapist can be booked directly — each visit starts with an assessment on the day. Medical treatments and SKN Lab membership always start with a consultation, because we don't prescribe what we haven't assessed.
Any time — if your Skin Chat reveals something that needs Dr Nicky's deeper look, we'll book you in and your R395 still counts toward your plan.
