By using this website — omniahealth.co.za, including The Skin Store online shop — you agree to these terms. The site is operated by OMNIA WELLNESS AND AESTHETICS (Pty) Ltd, registration no. 2026/227662/07, Hilton, KwaZulu-Natal.
2. No medical advice
Content on this website — including treatment pages and the Journal — is general information about our services, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Treatments and protocols are prescribed only after an in-person assessment by a qualified practitioner. Always consult a qualified professional about your own circumstances.
3. Bookings, consultations & treatment pricing
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Consultation fees (e.g. the R395 Skin Chat and R950 Skin-to-Bone consultation) are credited or redeemable against treatment plans as described on the relevant page.
- Treatment prices are quoted individually in writing at consultation; website "from" prices are indicative.
- We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule; missed appointments without notice may forfeit the session or fee.
- All treatments are subject to clinical suitability, assessed at consultation. We may decline or adapt treatment on clinical grounds.
4. The Skin Store — online orders
- Product prices are shown in South African Rand, include VAT, and are current at time of display. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled with a full refund.
- An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we issue an order confirmation; stock is subject to availability, and out-of-stock items will be refunded or back-ordered by arrangement.
- Delivery, collection and returns are governed by our Delivery & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
- Certain professional products (e.g. Cosmelan®) are dispensed only under consultation and are excluded from ordinary online sale.
- Your rights under the CPA and ECTA — including the applicable cooling-off period for online purchases — are not limited by these terms. The statutory wording and protections of ECTA apply.
5. Intellectual property
The Omnia and SKN Lab names, the stack names, and all content and design on this site are owned by OMNIA WELLNESS AND AESTHETICS (Pty) Ltd and may not be copied without permission. The SKN Lab protocol methodology is proprietary and confidential.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under South African law, including the CPA.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
