Dermal Fillers.
Restore. Lift. Define. Still unmistakably you.

Dermal fillers are hyaluronic acid-based injectables that restore the volume and structure your face gradually loses with time — in the cheeks, lips, temples, under eyes, jawline and chin. At Omnia in Hilton and Ballito, every treatment follows our Skin-to-Bone approach: we assess every layer of your face first, then place filler only where structure has actually been lost. Balance and lift — never the overfilled look.

Consultation fee credited to your first treatment · Review at 7–14 days included · HA fillers are fully reversible
What it treats

Where time takes, we quietly return.

Filler isn’t about adding something new to your face. It’s about giving back what was always there — placed layer by layer, in proportion.

Structure

Cheeks & midface

The foundation of a youthful face. Restoring cheek structure lifts everything below it — often the smartest first step before treating folds directly.

Feature refinement

Lips

Hydration, definition and gentle volume in proportion to your face. We build gradually — never the overfilled look.

Delicate work

Under eyes (tear trough)

Softens hollowness and tired shadows. Technically demanding, conservatively treated, and only where a proper assessment says you’re a candidate.

Structure

Temples

An often-missed area of volume loss that narrows and ages the upper face. Subtle replacement restores softness and balance.

Contour

Jawline & chin

Definition, projection and profile balance — sharpening what time has softened, and harmonising the lower face.

Lines & folds

Nasolabial & marionette lines

The folds that deepen from nose to mouth and mouth to chin — softened directly, or better still, lifted from the cheek above.

Dermal filler assessment
The Omnia method

Skin-to-Bone: we read every layer before we treat one.

Facial ageing doesn’t happen in the skin alone. Bone remodels. Deep fat pads deflate and drift. Ligaments loosen. The skin is simply where all of it shows. Chasing individual lines with filler ignores the architecture underneath — and that’s how faces end up looking “done”.

Our Skin-to-Bone approach assesses each layer — skin quality, fat compartments, muscle activity, bone structure — and treats the actual source of the change. Sometimes that means less filler than you expected, placed deeper. Sometimes it means telling you filler isn’t the answer at all.

  • Doctor-led, medically governed — layered assessment before any product is opened
  • Premium HA fillers only — reversible, with product chosen per area and tissue plane
  • Cannula technique where it’s safer — fewer passes, less bruising
  • Gradual refinement, not transformation — we’d rather see you twice than overfill you once
What to expect

Considered, unhurried, reviewed.

1

The layered assessment

A doctor reads your face at every level — skin to bone — listens to what bothers you, and designs a plan that treats causes, not symptoms.

2

A plan you approve first

Areas, product, volumes and price — agreed together before anything happens. Sometimes the plan is staged over two visits. Your call, always.

3

30–60 careful minutes

Topical numbing where needed; needle or soft cannula by area. Results are visible immediately, settling fully over 7–10 days.

4

Reviewed, then refined

We see you again at 7–14 days — included — to check symmetry and settlement, and refine if anything needs a touch.

Pricing

Agreed before a single syringe is opened.

Filler is priced per ml and per area. Your full plan and exact price are confirmed at your consultation — no surprises, no upselling on the bed.

Filler or tox?

They’re teammates, not rivals.

Dermal Filler

Restores the volume and structure time takes
  • Cheeks, lips, temples, under eyes, chin, jawline
  • Facial balancing and contour
  • Results immediate · lasts 9–18 months
  • Best for lines and hollows present at rest

Botulinum Toxin

Relaxes the muscle that creases the skin
  • Dynamic lines: frown, forehead, crow’s feet
  • Jaw slimming, brow lift, lip flip
  • Results in days · lasts 3–4 months
  • Best for lines that appear when you move
Many faces do best with a considered combination — and some need neither yet. That honesty is the consultation’s whole job. Explore botulinum toxin →
Safety & side effects

The honest version, because you deserve it.

With hyaluronic acid fillers in doctor-led hands, most side effects are minor and short-lived: swelling, tenderness, or a bruise at the injection site, settling over a few days. Lips typically swell the most and settle within a week. We use cannula technique where it reduces risk, and we review every filler patient at 7–14 days.

Rare but serious complications exist — including vascular occlusion, where filler enters or compresses a blood vessel. This is precisely why filler belongs in a medical practice: risk-aware anatomy-led technique, immediate recognition, and hyaluronidase (the dissolving enzyme) on hand at every treatment. It is also why we use only reversible HA fillers, and never permanent ones.

Fillers are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with certain autoimmune conditions or active skin infection. Suitability is confirmed by a doctor at your consultation — and we will decline or adapt a treatment on clinical grounds, because that is what a medical practice is for.

Your questions, answered

Dermal fillers FAQ

Will I look overfilled?

No. Our philosophy is gradual refinement, not transformation. The Skin-to-Bone approach places filler where structure has actually been lost, so balance returns while your expressions and proportions stay naturally yours.

How long do fillers last?

Typically 9–18 months depending on the area and product. Results are immediate, settle to their best at 7–10 days, and fade gradually — never suddenly.

How much do fillers cost?

Priced per ml and per area, quoted at consultation. Your plan and exact price are agreed at your consultation before anything happens, and the consultation fee is credited to your first treatment.

Do the injections hurt?

Discomfort is mild. We use topical numbing where needed, most fillers contain built-in anaesthetic, and soft cannula technique reduces both discomfort and bruising in many areas.

What is the recovery like?

Minimal. Possible swelling or a small bruise for a few days — most patients go straight back to their day. Skip strenuous exercise, alcohol and make-up on the area for 24 hours.

Can fillers be dissolved?

Yes. We use only hyaluronic acid fillers, which can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if ever needed. Reversibility is a real safety advantage — and the reason we never use permanent fillers.

Can I combine fillers with toxin?

Very often, yes — they treat different things. Tox softens the lines you make; filler restores the structure you’ve lost. Combined thoughtfully, the result is balance rather than “work done”.

Are lip fillers natural looking?

They should be — and here they are, because we work with your lip’s own architecture. Hydration, definition, proportion. We’d rather build gradually over two visits than overfill in one.

Is under-eye filler safe?

The tear trough is one of the most demanding filler areas and not everyone is a candidate. At Omnia it’s assessed and treated conservatively under medical leadership — and we’ll tell you honestly if a different treatment would serve you better.

Where can I get fillers near Pietermaritzburg or the North Coast?

Omnia treats at two KwaZulu-Natal locations: Hilton (Hilton Health, serving Pietermaritzburg and the Midlands) and Ballito (serving the North Coast). WhatsApp +27 82 838 8741 — we usually reply within five minutes.
